The guides of the LW series are mainly intended for use as a single rail. For this reason, this guide type, whose raceway pro?le otherwise corresponds to that of the LH series, has been greatly widened in its structure. This means that large moments can be absorbed at right angles to rail (MR). Preferably used as a single rail in the handling sector or in general mechanical engineering.
The LW series is supplied as standard in combinable design as backlash-free preloaded (Z1 targeted). Optionally available as a complete unit (carriage and rail cannot be interchanged) with precisely de?ned preload. For applications with a higher accuracy class [designation: LAW.. ELH] . For the combined design the rails are supplied in standard lengths. Cutting to length is possible on request.
Optionally with K1 lubrication adapter formaintenance-free operation. [Designation: LAW.. ELZ-K]
