Like the NH series, the NS series is a high-quality guide series specially designed for use in the handling sector and in fixture construction. Since the NS series is somewhat more compactly built than the NH series, it can be used especially where installation space is limited. The various designs allow a wide range of fixing methods as well as adaptation to the height of the load.
Each carriage is backlash-free and can be combined with the corresponding rail. The carriage and the guide rail are surface-hardened.
Rails and carriage are supplied in the normal design, i.e. accuracy class PC and preloaded free of play (where Z1 is aimed for).
Partial delivery with increased preload (Z3 is aimed at) is possible [designation: NAS..ALH].
Optionally with K1 lubrication adapter for maintenance-free operation [designation: NAS..ALZ-K]. Also available in rust-resistant design on request.
