The use of the four-bearing block proves to be more cost-effective than the use of four bearing units or two tandem bearing units.
The shaft ends can either be bolted to a double shaft block (movable table) or to movable transverses. The steel shafts are machined to customer specifications and are available in any length. The Linear Housing Quadro Unit is available with Eco-Ball Bushing as standard, on request it can also be equipped with standard ball bushings for temperatures above 80°C [order code: VB46-0..] or stainless-Ball Bushings [order code: VB46-5..].
