Aluminium Rail Guide

The aluminium rail guide is a 2-row recirculating ball bearing guide with carriage and profile rail made of aluminium with hardened and corrosion-resistant raceway inserts made of steel.

This composite design results in a weight saving of over 60% compared to a conventional steel rail guideway. As a further advantage, this results in higher corrosion resistance and greater permissible parallelism and height deviations during assembly.
