The use of the four-block proves to be more cost-effective than the use of four bearing units or two tandem bearing units.
The steel shafts are machined to customer specifications and are available in any length. The shaft ends can either be bolted to a double shaft block(WB46-7..) (movable table) or to movable transverses(TB46-8..).
The Linear Housing Quadro Unit is equipped with Eco-Ball Bushing as standard. On request with all-steel ball bushing[VB40-0..], stainless-Ball Bushing[VB40-5.,] Super Ball Bushing[VB40-6..] available.
