Stainless-steel light construction

Aluminum lightweight carriage in block design, which is very stainless-steel and extremely light due to its material combination. The carriage is made of high-quality aluminum, a hardened and rust-resistant steel insert, and rust-resistant balls. All carriages of the aluminum guides have a 2-row precision ball bearing guide for smooth and quiet running. The carriage is greased first and has lubrication wipers as standard. The connecting dimensions correspond to the dimensions for steel ball rail systems to DIN 645 Part 1, which means that existing designs can also be easily converted.
Typical applications are assembly- and handling technology, packaging technology or also in 3-D printers.

Optional sealing lubrication units with grease fitting, hand clamp units, and pneumatic clamping units are available.

For normal applications we recommend a carriage-rail combination without preload. The order number of standard carriage with clearance is: FNS - ... 00

For more precise applications, the carriages are manufactured in the (designation P) with even tighter tolerances. These carriage are only manufactured with preload (V) and can only be ordered in combination with the rail (paired). The order number is then: FNS- ... PV

Due to the design as flanged carriage, screwing from above and additionally also from below is possible.
